HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE FOR ME TO GET MY ORDER AND WHEN DO YOU SHIP? I WANT IT NOW!

Processing time:
We want you to have your goodies ASAP, so we always ship out orders within 5 business days, usually in 4 days or less.

Estimated shipping times:
North America: 15-25 business days. Most products will ship USPS first class and arrive in 10-20 business days but it has taken up to 25 in some cases. Actual delivery time will depend on USPS, but all orders will receive a shipping confirmation by email with a tracking number. 

Customs and import taxes for international orders:
Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. We can not be responsible for delays due to customs. If we could personally hand deliver your package over seas we would. We love to travel but we don't have magic reindeer to fly us around the globe, so we leave it up the your local postal service to get your package to you.

MY ITEM ARRIVED DAMAGED! WHAT DO I DO?

If your item arrived damaged please contact us within 20 days of delivery and send photos of damaged items and packaging it arrived in. We'll work on getting a new items to you as soon as possible, or we will refund you.
